charmed by my stay
tasteful decor coffee machine amazing shower
the decor was tastefully chosen. the coffee machine in the room was a good addition (i enjoyed several cups!). the bathroom featured an amazing shower.

dirty carpeting shabby furniture
the room was nicely furnished with a big comfortable bed.
The carpeting throughout the hotel was dirty and stained (this was immediately noticeable). some furniture in the bedroom was also shabby. i found the outside terrace area was not clean either. Tables were sticky and cobwebs covered the glass.

the staff was polite and helpful. the room was very clean upon arrival. breakfast offered a good variety of choices.
the bathroom lacked sufficient space for toiletries. accessing the shower in the deep bath was difficult. the outdoor seating area was not well kept, as leaves covered the tables

wide selection helpful service
Breakfast offered a wide selection. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. The receptionist provided particularly helpful service. She was very cordial.
The halls needed updates, I saw stains on carpets.

restaurant service city center free parking
Georgina in the restaurant looked after me very well. The location was ideal for walking directly into the city center. The free parking definitely helped with city access.
I booked a table on 2024-10-03 but there was a VERY long wait between courses.

king bed coffee machine
The room featured a super king bed. It also had a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower plus a roll-top bath. The kitchen came equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and ample storage (I especially liked the coffee machine!).
